As the co-founder of Tropical Lifestyle Homes, George spent nearly two decades at the helm of a successful construction company before passing the business on to new owners. His deep knowledge of Territory-specific building materials, climate considerations, and construction techniques ensures that every project is built to last.

Birgit Chan is an experienced building designer who loves creating functional, energy-efficient spaces that truly respond to their surroundings. She believes great design isn’t about trends - it’s about smart planning, practicality, and making the most of every site. Since 2021, she has led her own design studio, BCD Studio, refining her approach to thoughtful, site-responsive design that prioritises functionality and energy efficiency.​
